Account Executive DACH (m/f/d)

Description

As an Account Executive for the DACH region at Vention, you will play a central role in challenging projects, helping innovative manufacturing companies automate their production. You'll utilize Vention's Manufacturing Automation Platform (MAP) to enable customers to design, automate, order, and deploy equipment directly from their web browser. This position involves consultative selling, lead management, collaboration with application engineers for technical designs, and providing strategic feedback to leadership.

What We're Looking For

Consultative Selling: Helping customers find optimal automation solutions through deep listening and problem-solving.,Lead & Pipeline Management: Handling the entire sales funnel from qualifying leads, outbound hunting, closing deals, to forecasting revenue.,Technical Design Collaboration: Working with Application Engineers using Vention's proprietary MachineBuilder to turn concepts into functional machine designs.,Strategic Growth: Providing feedback to leadership to refine sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Ideal Candidate

Sales Proficiency: Expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks (like MEDDIC or BANT), and closing techniques.,Technical Aptitude: Comfort with production environments and ability to understand mechanical or electrical automation requirements.,Collaboration: Navigating the hand-off between sales and engineering to ensure viable customer solutions.,Accountability: Consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a quota-carrying mindset.,Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are assets.,A builder and operator who combines strategy with hands-on execution, capable of scaling fast while maintaining excellence.
