Join CIBC's Corporate Banking team as a Summer Analyst to deliver banking and investment solutions to corporate and institutional clients globally. This role involves structuring and executing transactions across various product and industry groups. As a Summer Analyst, you will support the 'Deal Team' by performing financial statement and data analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, and industry research, as well as assisting with information memoranda and client pitch books. You will also be involved in the credit approval process, transaction documentation, closing, and ongoing loan portfolio management. The program offers rotational opportunities across multiple teams.
