Support on-site prevention activities and workplace health and safety initiatives.,Participate in workplace inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.,Help maintain and update health and safety records, policies, and procedures.,Assist with incident reporting processes and EHS awareness activities.,Provide support for HR operational functions and employee-facing efforts.,Contribute to employee relations efforts through documentation and follow-ups.,Assist with HR compliance documentation and audit preparation.,Participate in training coordination, onboarding, and internal communication.,Facilitate or co-facilitate employee information sessions in both French and English.,Support the preparation of training materials and reference documents.,Assist in HR process improvement initiatives and internal projects.,Support policy updates and compliance tracking related to labor standards.,Conduct basic data collection for HR reporting or analytics.,Gain exposure to unionized environments, where applicable.,Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and workplace culture.,Help prepare and deliver training content alongside experienced HR professionals.,Support internal communication strategies to promote EHS and HR programs.
