Moderna's Global Quality Strategic Operations team is seeking a high-performing Industrial Engineering or MBA candidate for a co-op role. This position focuses on contributing to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Global Quality, with an emphasis on strategy, operational excellence, and workforce planning. The co-op will support and potentially lead high-visibility projects within the Transformation Office, collaborating across various CMC, R&D, and global manufacturing sites. This role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence resource planning, performance, and the future operating model of Global Quality. Support governance, alignment, and performance reporting for Global Quality's Transformation Office portfolio. [1, 3],Help ensure initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and delivering measurable business value. [1, 3],Operationalize a workforce capacity system as a strategic management tool. [1, 3],Identify efficiency opportunities and improvement levers through data-driven workforce analysis. [1, 3],Develop dashboards and visual tools to support ongoing performance transparency. [1, 3],Lead or support quality-owned process improvement initiatives across enterprise functions. [1, 3],Conduct process mapping, root cause analyses, and performance diagnostics. [1, 3],Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement sustainable improvements. [1, 3],Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders. Currently enrolled in an MBA, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative/scientific degree program. [3],Strong interest in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, or Strategic Operations. [3],Advanced analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills. [3],Strong written and verbal communication skills. [3],Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
