This entry-level co-op position supports Document Control and Records Management activities, focusing on formatting, organizing, and managing paper-based and electronic document workflows in a regulated environment. The co-op term runs from July 13th, 2026, to December 11th, 2026.
Support cross-functional teams with document requests, approvals, and archival processes.
Assist with organizing project and turnover documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Learn and provide administrative support for document lifecycles and workflows in ACC.
Help digitize and archive paper-based documentation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs.
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program.
High school Diploma or equivalent degree required.
Years attended in a library Science program preferred.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
Interest in learning about cGMP, quality, or documentation processes.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to ask questions and seek guidance.
Must already hold work authorization in US and be able to maintain that status without the need for future sponsorship.
Undergraduate program enrollment; High School Diploma or equivalent; Library Science program preferred
