This co-op student role focuses on supporting initiatives to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and usability of spare parts data. Responsibilities include data collection, verification, and organization to improve asset management, maintenance planning, and inventory reliability. The position offers hands-on experience with maintenance systems, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within an engineering and maintenance environment.
Collect, validate, and organize spare part data,Review and verify technical documentation for accuracy and completeness,Work with System Owners and stakeholders to confirm asset associations,Maintain accurate tracking of data updates and discrepancies,Provide regular progress updates and escalate issues to the project lead or supervisor
Current student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain or a related field,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Proficiency with Microsoft Excel,Ability to review and interpret technical documentation,Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams,GPA of 3.5 on a 4 scale or equivalent (Preferred),Demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as the ability to contribute to high performing teams (Preferred),Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Preferred),A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company (Preferred)
