2026 Co-Op, BM Ops/ PBMC Ops

Description

This summer internship (Co-Op) at Moderna in Cambridge, MA, from July to December 2026, focuses on optimizing and enhancing internal systems for tracking team activities, milestones, and deliverables within the Technical Development organization. The intern will review existing infrastructure (SharePoint, Smartsheet, in-house tools), identify improvements, and implement scalable solutions to increase visibility, consistency, and operational efficiency, gaining hands-on experience in operational excellence within a biotech environment.

Ideal Candidate

GPA of 3.5 on a 4 scale or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or other workflow/project management tools.

Experience improving processes, standardizing documentation, or building reporting systems.

Special Commitments

Must be available for the entire duration of the internship (July 13, 2026 – December 11, 2026). Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Must hold work authorization in the US without the need for future sponsorship. Due to U.S. export control laws, only U.S. persons (citizens, permanent residents, asylees, or refugees) are eligible.
