2026 Co-Op, Biospecimen Logistics / Kitting
Description
This co-op role supports Moderna's Global Kitting Operations team, focusing on planning, documentation, and execution of clinical kitting operations. The co-op will learn about supply chain operations in a fast-paced biotech environment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in kitting. Responsibilities include project management, data analysis, process improvement, and exploring generative AI applications. The program runs from July 13th to December 11th, 2026.
What We're Looking For
Support SharePoint design and maintenance to improve information access and collaboration.,Leverage ChatGPT and digital tools to explore cases for generative AI, such as drafting process documents, summarizing reports, or creating templates.,Assist with process improvement projects by documenting workflows, creating process maps, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.,Perform data entry and reporting to track kit status, supply levels, and performance metrics in Smartsheet/Excel.,Ensure operational documents are organized, accurate, and stored according to standards.,Participate in meetings with study teams, clinical operations, and vendors for cross-functional collaboration.,Contribute to other projects and assignments providing exposure to clinical supply chain operations.,Must be available for the full duration of the program (July 13th-December 11th, 2026).,Must qualify as a U.S. person (citizens, permanent residents, asylees, or refugees) due to U.S. export control laws.
