Coordinate day-to-day physical security activities (access control, CCTV, alarms, patrols).,Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, documenting them thoroughly.,Support emergency response and crisis management activities.,Administer site access control systems for employees, contractors, and visitors.,Manage badge issuance, deactivation, audits, and access reviews.,Enforce visitor management procedures.,Coordinate with contract security providers for adequate coverage and service quality.,Conduct routine reviews of guard performance and site security procedures.,Assist with onboarding and training of security personnel.,Ensure compliance with corporate physical security standards and regulatory requirements.,Conduct routine security inspections, risk assessments, and vulnerability reviews, supporting remediation efforts.,Maintain accurate security documentation, logs, and reports.,Serve as a point of contact for physical security matters for site leadership, employees, and visitors.,Provide security awareness guidance.,Collaborate with Facilities, EHS, IT, and HR teams on security initiatives.,Identify opportunities for security effectiveness, efficiency, and resilience improvements.,Support implementation of new security technologies, procedures, or site expansions.,Contribute to the modernization and digitization of security practices, including leveraging AI-enabled tools for reporting automation and incident analysis.

High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).,3+ years of experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or related field.,Working knowledge of physical security programs, access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor management processes.,Experience coordinating with contract security vendors or guard forces.,English language proficiency (required); French language skills (preferred).,Minimum of 2 years of work authorization (required).,Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, data centers) (preferred).,Familiarity with security risk assessments and incident management processes (preferred).,Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, ASIS, or similar) (a plus).

High school diploma or equivalent

On-site role, requiring full-time presence at Moderna's site in Laval.,Not eligible for remote work.,After-hours support and/or on-call responsibilities.,Ability to walk the site, conduct inspections, and respond to incidents as needed.
